The Service at Sky City was exceptional particularly the staff and its customer service. The location was brilliant, right in downtown Auckland and in walking distance to the Harbour which was great as we jumped on the Ferry to Waiheke Island. The Front of house staff both on Reception and the Concierge Desk provided friendly and very quick service, they are to be commended. Room Service was brilliant the "kitchen' was able to make me a meal that met my dietary requirements. The Valet service was also brilliant from drop off to pick up. All in All, a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The location is great, easy to access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet car parking was a great option. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Room service was great as well. All the food we ordered was delicious and the menu had a decent variety of food to choose from. Staff who delivered very friendly and warm too, even apologising if it took too long (which we didn't notice). Quite handy having direct access to the casino, and it also being walking distance to Queen St and around the city. And driving access fairly quick and easy to get out of the city too.

I always enjoy staying at SkyCity - it's in a convenient location, the staff are amazing, and the rooms are always immaculate. I particularly like SkyCity because there is a bus that goes directly from the airport to SkyCity ("SkyDrive"). This most recent stay I got an unexpected free upgrade, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

The Venue it's self was very clean and well cared for even though it is a huge tourist attraction - the room was huge the bed felt like it was even bigger. so many well working amenities included in the room, made to feel right at home, i just didn't want to leave the room.

The hotel is, as its name indicates, at the location of Sky Tower, which offers great views over the whole city and harbour. The room was large and clean, with good amenities, and it was quiet despite being in a busy area.
